Shipping and Sales Policies
All orders are normally processed within 1 business day and typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Expect approximately 5-10 business days to receive your order. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive a call within 1 business day from the time the order was placed... Remember, if there is a problem with your order, this will often result in a shipping delay until the problem is resolved. Tracking numbers are typically available 2-3 days after the order has been processed.
We appreciate your trust and business and will do what we can to fulfill your needs and keep you as a customer.
Prices are subject to change. Pricing does not include shipping or mount/balance fee.
We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them. We are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked prices. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.
We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also.
Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If this occurs, we will ship immediately upon availability. If we are unable to ship the item within a reasonable amount of time, you will be notified.
Merchandise sold by Pro Motorsports guaranteed by the manufacturer of the product under their own terms of warranty. Claim consideration will be made in a quick and just fashion by the manufacturer. The parts manufacturer is solely responsible for any damages to person or property caused from any design, manufacturing, testing and use of their products and we do not accept any liabilities for such damages. We shall not be liable for consequential damages.
Pro Motorsports hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including and implied warrant or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Motorcycles can be dangerous. Pro Motorsports has no control over the use of any part. Pro Motorsports expects the customer to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. Pro Motorsports assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. Pro Motorsports shall not be liable for any indirect or consequent damages whatsoever.
Return/Exchange Policy
The return/exchange of merchandise (other than electrical) can be made within 7 days of receipt with prior approval ONLY. If the claim is due to damage or shortage you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier to inspect. NO merchandise can be returned/exchanged once installed. You MUST CALL FIRST before returning/exchanging an item. Items returned/exchanged without prior authorization WILL NOT be accepted or credited. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in sellable condition. Returned/exchanged merchandise shipping cost will be paid for by the customer and all merchandise is subject to a minimum 20% restocking cost or actual restocking charge from the manufacturer, whichever is greater. Discontinued or closeout items CANNOT be returned/exchanged, no exception. Once a return/exchange authorization number is issued, the return/exchange must be in possession of Pro Motorsports within 7 business days.
Remember, an exchange is considered to be a return and will be subject to the same terms.
Return/Exchange Procedure
If you are shipping an item back please call Pro Motorsports for a return shipping authorization number.
All merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sold.
Once issued the Return/Exchange Authorization number must be displayed on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the original packaging.
Returns/exchanges must include the customers written name, address, phone number and reason for the return/exchange.
Merchandise must be returned/exchanged undamaged, with no marks on the original manufacturer packaging.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS OR COMPONENTS.
NO RETURNS ON BATTERIES, NO EXCEPTIONS!
All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, improper packaging and/or missing parts. Pro Motorsports retains to right to issue a credit at its sole discretion.
Our number one goal is to provide you with the best service for the lowest price. Mistakes and errors do occur, and we promise we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Damaged Boxes
Any damage to your box and/or its contents from shipping should be reported directly to the freight carrier. Pro Motorsports is not responsible for shipping damages.
Order Cancellation
In the event that an order is canceled by the customer for ANY reason, Pro Motorsports WILL charge a 10% cancellation fee.
